Andy at Turnkey did more work for us in the backyard with additional railings. We had him do more work because the first job turned out so well. The second phase was just completed and is fabulous! Highly recommend working with Andy with Turnkey for any railing or porch work that is needed.

Turnkey and Andy were amazing with our porch railing project. It was helpful to have the different options laid out and explained. Communication was great and everything was super clear and completed as requested. The work was excellent, and they got it done even faster than I expected.
These guys are very sharp. We needed a licensed contractor ASAP to provide an inspection to our lender so we could close on a house. I reached out to 8 different people and they were by far the first to respond and best choice. I will be using them again and referring them to others.

Good experience overall. Our project started when expected and completed on timeline. Punch list items at the end took a bit longer than expected but happy with the end product. Can recommend.

He is always cheerful and detail oriented, which are the two best qualities you can have as a builder in my estimation. Very thankful I found Andy and Turnkey. He understood my vision of what I wanted and turned it into a reality. I have no complaints! And now I need a patio and patio cover I would hire no one else, but Andy and Turnkey for that.

Turnkey Building Solutions was awesome to work with. We met them at the Davis County Home Show in Layton and had them come out and give us a bid on a metal patio cover. They came out and put it up in two days. The crew was friendly and great to work with. We did have one issue where they cut the rain gutter about two inches to short to our liking but one phone call and they came right out to look at it and immediately got us on the schedule and fixed it too our liking. I would highly recommend them to any one looking to have any projects done. I have always been a DIY person but as I getting up there in age I can not do every thing myself. But it was super grate to work with these guys
